HCG Diet Prior to Plastic Surgery

I lost 24 pounds on the HCG diet, have developed a healthier life style and diet, have never felt better and best of all it was simple to do!  With the HCG and a balanced healthy diet I never felt hungry or the urge to "cheat". The diet is simple and easy to prepare in advance which was important for me with a busy schedule.   After completing my 23 days I was worried that I would be tempted to go back to my old habits of eating processed foods and that the weight would just start reappearing.  That has not been the case.  I continue to crave healthy foods and drink tons of water and have maintained my weight.  My weight is back to where it was before I got married and had four children!
