Billing: Some appointments, whether at the Pittsburgh Center for Plastic Surgery or the Pittsburgh Center for Rejuvenation, might necessitate advanced payment details due to:

1. Prepayment requirements for specific services;
2. Consultation or cancellation fees;
3. Deposit prior for services prior to scheduling.

These stipulations will be clearly outlined on the respective appointment reservation page. Upon booking an appointment that mandates prior payment, you'll be prompted to furnish credit or debit card details. By providing this information, you authorize both the Pittsburgh Center for Plastic Surgery and the Pittsburgh Center for Rejuvenation to relay your payment details to our trusted third-party payment processor for transaction purposes. We disclaim any liabilities arising from errors on the Payment Processor's part.

Payment Method: The nature of your transaction will depend on your chosen Payment Method, potentially influenced by agreements with your bank, credit card company, or other payment providers. Transactions are subject to verification by your chosen provider, and we disclaim any responsibility should they decline payment authorization.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy and Fees: A booking is deemed confirmed upon receipt of an email or text message notification. We recognize that unforeseen situations might interfere with your planned visit. However, please be advised that if you fail to arrive within fifteen (15) minutes of your scheduled time, your appointment might be canceled. Such cancellations, or outright absences, are termed "No Shows." An accumulation of No Shows might result in service denial at the discretion of the Pittsburgh Center for Plastic Surgery and the Pittsburgh Center for Rejuvenation. If you believe you've been mistakenly marked as a No Show, you can lodge a dispute at [email protected]. Any appointment that is not cancelled within 48 hours for the Pittsburgh Center for Plastic Surgery and 24 hours for the Pittsburgh Center for Rejuvenation will result in loss of appointment fee or deposit. Same day cancellations will be treated as No Shows. All relevant policies will be visible during the booking process and in confirmation notifications. To avoid incurring charges or losing deposits, please ensure compliance with our cancellation guidelines.
